Most people have a favourite colour, it’s highly likely that we will be dressed in our favourite colour all the time. In general colours are used to alleviate stress, tension, emotional, mental and physical conditions, a Colour Therapist teaches their students how to use colour for health, healing, relaxing + inspiration.
I have Colour Therapy knowledge because I covered the basis of it (alongside being a Practitioner / Counsellor / Therapist) and it’s all very interesting really, from Colour Psychology, to Art Therapy, Principles of Colour and various other therapeutic methods, I have chosen to touch on just a little Colour Theory and a very brief section about colour and their meanings, only the positive aspects with quotes.

Visual problems can be solved through a clipped compound of information, Visual communication + representation ie.. infographics, used for clients to acquire knowledge through senses and experiences, a mental process visually than enhances and working through the patterns to identify and solve through this very quick and easy process.
With Visual representation colour palette / Colour wheel / colour scheme is used in a combination of either vibrant, cool and calming, the deepest, mild and light or the warmest tones, but drawn from the main colour which is called: Hero colour or the Base colour to create a dynamic colour palette with primary, secondary tertiary and supporting colours systems, that compliment to form a theory of colour, with a precise and accurate contrast to maximum effect

First impressions always count, the colour you choose to wear speaks volumes on what kind of person you are, from a quick analysis on your personality type and if you are in a professional setting, the vibes you give on in regards to the outfit that you have chosen to wear, every colour has a meaning. Green: – Very balanced, level headed, financially stable and earthy, healthy and very comfortable socially, being friendly, soft + caring and harmonious ambitious and hardworking.
Silver: – is graceful and timeless, very modern and uptown date, wealth, richness and real powerful.

Yellow: – Very optimistic and a bright spark, being logical and smart, charming fun and cheerful, also consistent, delectable and rational, happiest with high energies and enthusiastic.
Blue: – Very poised, courteous and fashionable but yet shy with confidence and kindness and good humour, also intelligent, mysterious and trustworthy, a conscious, perceptive and peaceful.
Brown: – Very elegant and refined, respected and appreciated, so wholesome, natural, easily summed up: Reliability, stability, rationality, conservatively, Intellectual respectful and rational.
Purple: – Insightful and mythical, dreamy and creative, being emotional and passionate, charming and sophisticated , with a. touch of luxury and wealth.
White: – Very social and joyful natured, happy and creative, friendly and determined, ambitious, powerful and sophisticated with a successful outlook.
Gold: – is all splendour and grandeur with luxury sparkle and plenty of glamour, love is outstanding, passion and high energies, with knowledge, wisdom, courage and enthusiasm, all that glitz, shine and bold richness.
