Opal Fruits Are Back – Limited Edition March 2020

Opal fruits was first launched in 1960, and it was rebranded and renamed in 1998. Asda sold it for 12 weeks in 2008. It was first announced in February but it’s now being in sold in March 2020, but unfortunately we are all social distancing and lockdown in quarantined style to prevent is all from being affected by COVID-19 that there is no reasonable chance of finding a pack of Opal fruits. The differences between Opal Fruits and Starbust is that Opal fruits have strawberry, orange, lemon and lime flavours, back then when we bought our first pack of Starbursts we were pleased to see that there was a blackcurrant and lemon and lime flavours included.
Retro sweet lovers wanted to see the return of Opal fruits, and now for nostalgia reasons it has returned in its original form, there probably is no chance of securing a pack at this point, but they were sold at Iceland, B&M, Savers, Home Bargains and Poundland until further notice.
