How Was Aromatherapy Originated?
In 1937, Rene-Morris Gattefosse a French Chemist used the term Aromatherapy to describe how essential oils made from aromatic plants have healing power, as it’s known that aroma means, a fragrance, scent or smell, and therapy means treatment. Aromatherapy has since been proven to be have beneficial healing power and calming effects.

How is Aromatherapy Used?
The essential oils are deeply massaged in a client’s neck, shoulder or other problem areas, the aim is to improve circulation and stimulation from stiff joints and strains to minimise pain sometimes a diffuser is used as the oils are immersed inhaled, a steaming method or just simply be lit like a candle as the oils evaporates through the air for a peaceful, calming healing vibe.
